Yesterday, the actress-politician posted a health update on her official social media accounts. “Covid testing revealed that, I was positive. So, anyone who has had contact with me, please get tested for covid” posted on her official Twitter account. The senior actress’s fans and followers are now wishing her a speedy recovery.
Kirron Kher was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer that affects white blood cells, also known as plasma cells, in 2021. Both the actress and her family members shared the health update via social media. Kirron Kher’s husband, senior actor Anupam Kher, and her son, actor Sikandar Kher, kept her fans and followers up to date on the actress’s health status on a regular basis. Later, the father-son duo confirmed that Kirron Kher had recovered and expressed their relief.
Kirron Kher made a huge comeback to television screens after a brief battle with blood cancer as a judge on the renowned reality show, India’s Got Talent. As usual, the senior actress has been politically active, and she is currently serving as a Member of Parliament from the Chandigarh constituency after winning the 2019 elections as a BJP candidate.
