Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated their first Christmas together following their April wedding and the birth of their daughter Raha Kapoor in November.
Alia Bhatt celebrated her first Christmas as a mother and wife in 2022. Ranbir Kapoor gave the actor some sweet holiday kisses as the two celebrated their first Christmas after their April wedding and since becoming parents to Raha Kapoor, who was born last month. Alia took to Instagram on Monday to share pictures from their Christmas celebrations. Most of the Kapoor family, including Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, and Babita Kapoor, as well as Alia’s mother, Soni Razdan, and sisters Pooja Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt, were all together to celebrate Christmas.
Alia shared a picture from her Christmas Eve celebration with Ranbir and other members of her family. Ranbir held Alia Bhatt close and kissed her as she smiled for the camera in one of the photos. The couple was standing in front of a massive Christmas tree decked out in red and silver baubles. Alia wore a red dress with a Christmas cap. She also shared a photo of herself with her sister Shaheen, as well as a family picture with Ranbir and their mothers, actors Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan, respectively.
Alia captioned the photos, “It’s the best time of year… with the best people in the world… merry merry always from my family to yours.” Alia also shared a photo of herself and Ranbir with Karisma, Neetu, Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, and Rima Jain from the Kapoor family’s annual Christmas lunch.
Alia’s next appearance will be in Karan Johar’s Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The film will hit theatres on April 28, 2023. Alia is also in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. Moreover, she has Heart of Stone, her Hollywood debut, Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan also star in the Netflix film. Ranbir is currently working on Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He is also working on “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar” with Shraddha Kapoor.
