Actress Alia Bhatt is speaking up about how becoming a mother has altered the way she approaches everything. The Brahmastra actress revealed that becoming a mother has completely changed her view of her role as an artist. She gave birth to a girl last month. It’s been barely a month, just over three weeks, but I don’t know how it’s going to impact the way I choose my projects yet since I haven’t gotten to thinking about that,” the actress said in her first significant interview during the rounds of Oscar and BAFTA campaigns for Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Alia acknowledged in the Variety interview that more than just her playing responsibilities have altered when asked if motherhood will soon affect the films she chooses to see. But it has changed how I perceive everything. I simply feel as though my heart is a tiny bit more open than it was before; nevertheless, I am unsure of what transformation that may bring about. But we’ll see, she said, adding that she was excited to see what was in store for her.To see how that adventure plays out, I’m eager.
Further, Alia spoke candidly about her time working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the lessons she learned from the experience. Despite having to play such a significant role for these women, she claimed to have retained her innocence and fragility.”I believe that at times it also gave me a lot of courage to speak in front of a large crowd. I am frequently reminded of how young I am, and this has never changed since I began working ” she said.
