Avocado and Salmon Omelette is perfect as a healthy breakfast. It is the abode of healthy fat, high-protein, and low carbohydrate. Here is the recipe of this amazing Omelette.
Ingredients
Eggs- 2
Low fat milk – 1 tsp.
Salt – a pinch
Virgin Olive Oil- 11/2 tsp.
Avocado – ¼ sliced.
Smoked Salmon – 1 ounce.
Chopped fresh Basil – 1 tbsp.
Method
Add eggs, milk and salt in a bowl. Add 1 tspn of Oil in a small non-stick pan and heat it. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip the omelet over and cook for 30 seconds. Adorn it with avocado, basil and drizzle it with ½ teaspoon oil.
