The makers announced that Arjun Rampal would make his Telugu debut in legendary hero Nandamuri Balakrishna’s forthcoming feature film. They also said that Rampal would portray the antagonist.
The unnamed film is directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi of Shine Screens. On their official Twitter account, the production company announced Rampal’s casting.
“Team #NBK108 is happy to welcome the talented National Award-winning actor @rampalarjun as the antagonist in his Telugu debut NataSimham #NandamuriBalakrishna @AnilRavipudi @MsKajalAggarwal @sreeleela14 @MusicThaman @sahugarapati7 @harish_peddi @YoursSKrdi,” the post stated.
Rampal, who has played antagonists in Hindi films such as “Om Shanti Om” and “Ra.One,” expressed excitement about collaborating on the film. “I appreciate you having me. I’m overjoyed. It’s going to be a lot of fun,” the “Rock On!” actor wrote.
The coming film also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Sreeleela.
