The teaser for ‘Christy,’ starring Mathew Thomas and Malavika Mohanan, has been released. The film is directed by debutant Alvin Henry and produced by Sajai Sebastian and Kannan Satheesan under the banner of Rocky Mountain Cinemas.
The much-awaited teaser is accepted by the audience right away and are expressing their excitement for the film. It is clear from the teaser that the film depicts a love story and is based on true events. Alvin’s story is scripted by prolific Malayalam writers, Benyamin and G.R Indugopan.
The cast assures that ‘Christy’ will be another milestone in Mathews’ acting career, who has been part of many successful films. ‘Christy’ will also be Malavika Mohanan’s return to the Malayalam film industry after a break.
The film’s cinematographer is Anand C. Chandran, who made superhit films like Bheeshma Parvam, Premam, and Anandam.
Joy Mathew, Vineeth Viswam, Rajesh Madhavan, Muthumani, Jaya S. Kurup, Veena Nair, Neena Kurup, and Manju Pathros also play prominent roles in the film.
The production work on this film has been completed, and it will be released on February 17. The songs of the film are composed by Govind Vasantha. Manu Antony is the editor.
