Christy, a movie starring Mathew Thomas and Malavika Mohanan, was released in theaters on February 17. The film did not fare well in theaters, where it received a mixed response. The movie is now preparing for an OTT release. Sony LIV has purchased Christy’s digital rights. The movie will premiere on March 10. Sony LIV has also released the film’s trailer ahead of its OTT release.
The film is directed by Alvin Henry and produced by Kannan Satheesan and Sajai Sebastain under the banner of Rocky Mountain Cinemas.
Joy Mathew, Neena Kurup, Muthamani, Manju Suchian, and Rajesh Madhavan played key roles in the film.
The script is written by the legendary writers Benyamin and GR Indugopan. The melodious and heartwarming music is done by Govind Vasantha. The scenes were captured by the cinematographer, Anend C. Chandran.
