Chennai Super Kings (CSK), led by M.S. Dhoni, defeated the Delhi Capitals by 27 runs on Wednesday night at Chepauk to move on to the IPL playoffs. Dhoni had an excellent day, scoring 20 off nine balls to help CSK reach 167/8 on a slow track. Later, Dhoni’s tactics were right on as the CSK bowlers smothered DC to secure a comfortable win.
Ziva Dhoni, who had been watching the game from the stands, entered the pitch after the game and spent some time with her father on the field.
