‘Enthaada Saji,’ starring Nivetha Thomas, Kunchacko Boban, and Jayasurya, had its digital premiere on Amazon Prime on May 6, following a theatrical release on April 8. The film narrates the story of Sajimol, played by Nivetha Thomas, whose wedding becomes the talk of the town due to a tragic event.
The title role of Saji, aka Sajimole, is played by Nivetha Thomas, and Kunchako Boban appears as St. Rocky, with Jayasurya as Roy. Arya, Benny P. Nayarambalam, Josekutty, Sidharth Siva, and Prem Prakash are playing significant roles other than Kunchako Boban, Jayasurya, and Nivetha Thomas.
Interestingly, ‘Enthaada Saji’ also marks the return of Kunchacko Boban and Jayasurya, who earlier worked in the 2016 film ‘Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum’. However, Jayasurya’s cameo in ‘Enthada Saji’ is an enjoyable one, with the actor just filming for the film for eight days. “Mine is a friendly appearance at best,” Jayasurya stated of what he does. I made the film because of my friendship with Listin and Chackochan.”
Godfy Xavier Babu is the writer and director of ‘Enthada Saji,’ while Jithu Damodar is the film’s cinematographer. Ratheesh Raj is the editor of the film, and Jakes Bejoy is composing the music. Sameera Saneesh is the costume designer, and Ronex Xavier is handling the makeup department. Shiji Pattanam is the art director.
