The popular horror movie ‘Chandramukhi,’ which was directed by P. Vasu and starred Rajinikanth, Jyothika, Nayanthara, Prabhu, and Vadivelu, among others, was released in 2005. A sequel to the popular movie is in the works, and among its cast are Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Radhika, Lakshmi Menon, and Mahima Nambiar.
Kangana Ranaut will portray Chandramukhi, and the most recent poster confirms this. She looks fantastic in the role.
The team behind the film previously released Raghava Lawrence’s character poster; the dancer-turned-actor portrays King Vettaiyan in the film. The horror drama ‘Chandramukhi 2’ is reportedly delving deeply into the stories of Vettaiyan and Chandramukhi, and it’s shaping up to be a pleasant surprise for fans. Regular updates are anticipated from the makers of ‘Chandramukhi 2.’
The talkie portions of ‘Chandramukhi 2,’ which were shot in cities such as Mysuru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, were completed a few months ago, and the makers most recently shot for a lavish dance performance in Georgia. The movie’s post-production work is currently at full speed, and a theatrical release for the Vinayagar Chaturthi festival has been scheduled. To have a great Pan-Indian release, the movie will be released simultaneously in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, with music composed by MM Keeravani.
