Food Combinations you should avoid

1. Banana and Milk

It is one of the most toxin-forming food combinations as it can cause heaviness. But many people use them together in shakes and smoothies. So if you want to enjoy an occasional smoothie, make sure to add cardamom or cinnamon powder for proper digestion.

2. Aerated drinks and mint

We can see many videos on the internet showing the reaction between them. If the same happens inside our stomachs, it may cause excessive bloating and gas, which can make you very uncomfortable.

3. Sweets and alcohol

Alcohol tends to convert the sugar into saturated fats, which can easily accumulate in the body. So, experts suggest avoiding this combination.

4. Eggs with fried meat

This combination is overloaded with protein, and thus, it will take a toll on your digestion. The digestive system takes a longer time to digest this.

5. Yogurt and Fruit

Yogurt contains plenty of bacteria, which will act on the sugar present in fruits. This results in toxins, colds, and allergies. You can avoid this problem by using unflavored yoghurt at room temperature and mixing in honey, cinnamon, or raisins instead of fresh fruit.

6. Fish and Milk

Fish and milk together produce an imbalance that can cause chemical changes in the body since milk is cooling and fish is hot. Thus, dietitians advise you to avoid this combination.
