The film, directed by Lijin Jose, produced by Anish M. Thomas under the auspices of AT Studios, and written by Archana Vasudev, features the stories of five women from all walks of life. Along with Prathap Pothen, Guru Somasundaram, and Rajesh Madhavan, the film’s female leads are portrayed by Urvashi, Aishwarya Rajesh, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Lijomol Jose, and Ramya Nambessan.
Following his blockbusters like “Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum,” “Nee Ko Nja Cha,” and “Sathyam Paranjal Viswasikkuvo?” as a co-producer under the banner of Urvashi Theatres, “Her” will be Anish M. Thomas’s first independent project. Filmmaker Lijin Jose made his directorial debut with the Fahad Fazil-starring film “Friday,” which was followed by “Lawpoint” and the documentary “81/2 Intercuts: Life and Films of K.G. George.” The production of his upcoming movie, “Chera,” is underway. The 7-minute video, “Atmanirbhar,” was aired on MTV and was written by “Her” author Archana Vasudev for the India Film Project.
The film’s cinematographer is Chandru Selvaraj, and its editor is Kiran Das. Govind Vasantha is the composer of the music. The costumes were handled by Sameera Saneesh, and production design was handled by Hamsa M. M. Shibu G. Suseelan is the Production Controller.
