How to make bakery-style chocolate pastries at home

Chocolate pastries are popular with both children and adults. People like to make their own versions of the dessert at home, at a time when many young people are interested in baking.

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all purpose flour

1 ¼ cups powdered sugar

¼ cup oil

½ cup milk

1 tsp. vinegar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup of hot water

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

For the frosting

80 grammes of dark chocolate

1 ½ + 1 ½ cups heavy cream

¾ cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

Set aside for ten minutes after combining the vinegar and milk. Meanwhile, combine the dry ingredients in a mixing dish. Set aside the dry ingredients after sifting them. In a separate dish, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, and milk-vinegar mixture.
