Hungry? Here’s how to make a Grilled Chicken Sandwich

If you are a fan of sandwiches here is the recipe of yummy and healthy grilled chicken sandwich that is bound to sooth your tastebuds.

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped and boilded chicken – ½ cup
  2. Salt – as required
  3. Brown bread – 2 slice
  4. Red bell pepper – ¼ cup
  5. Butter – 2 tsp
  6. Lettuce – 4 leaves
  7. Mayonnaise – 3 tsp
  8. Capsicum – ¼ cup
  9. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  10. Butter – 1-2 tsp
  11. Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  12. Sliced cheese – 1 slice

Method:

Add chopped-boiled chicken, bell pepper, chilly flakes, pepper, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Take the slices of bread and slightly toast it with butter. Spread the lettuce in a bread slice and add the filling in it. Place the sliced cheese over it and cover with another slice and grill for 3-5 mins in low temperature.
