In the third ODI against New Zealand, fans witnessed a strange runout. Virat Kohli and Ishan Kishan ran to the same end, which led to Kishan’s dramatic dismissal. Kishan, who was at the striker’s end, was trying for a quick single. Virat Kohli, who was at the non-striker’s end, ran soon to reach the other end.
But Kishan, fearing that he wouldn’t be able to complete the run, ran back into the striker’s end. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill gave Team India a great start earlier. Both scored centuries and added 212 runs in 26.1 overs.
