Kamal Haasan’s Aalavandhan movie to re-release soon on screens 

Actor Kamal Haasan’s movie ‘Aalavandhan’ is going to be re-released. The movie Aalavandhan, released in 2001, was directed by Sureshkrishna and produced by Kalaipuli Thanu. Kamal Haasan is in a double role in the movie. Starring Raveena Tandon, Manisha Koirala, and others, the film was composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and Mahesh Mahadevan. ‘Aalavandhan’ was the first Indian film to use a motion control camera and special effects.

When the movie first came out, it did not receive much notice. The movie’s film crew has now officially declared that a digital re-release will be available. Kalaipuli Thanu, the producer of the movie Aalavandhan, has tweeted on his handle. The movie tells the story of psychopath and serial killer Nandhu, who escapes from a mental hospital to stop his identical twin from marrying the woman he considers to be his evil stepmother’s reincarnation. The movie was shot using cutting-edge Australian graphics technology and won the national award for special effects. Kamal played the role of Major Vijayakumar in this movie.

The recently re-released movie “Baba,” which was directed by Suresh Krishna and starred Rajinikanth, was well received by the public. Following this, the movie “Aalavandhan” will also be released in the hopes that the younger generation will enjoy it. Soon, the movie’s release date may be officially announced.
