Kangana Ranaut wraps up her shoot for ‘Emergency’ and took her Instagram to share pictures from the set.
She also revealed that she had to mortage all her property for making the film. The actor would be playing the role of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. She announced the movie in 2021. The film is directed by Kangana and written by Ritesh Shah. The movie is produced by Renu Pitti under the banner of Manikarnika Films The movie is a biography, which revolves around the 1977 Emergency.
Kangana also revealed that she was diagnosed with dengue during the first schedule and had an alarmingly low blood cell count. She also stated that “if you break and shatter in pieces, celebrate. Because it’s time for you to reborn…It’s a rebirth for me and I feel alive like never before …Thanks to my tremendously talented team for making it happen for me’.
