Lockdown exemption was announced only after state’s central decision

Thiruvananthapuram: The lockdown exemption in the state has not been decided. The decision was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet meeting to review the situation related to the coronavirus. It was also decided to rejoin the cabinet on Wednesday.

The cabinet meeting, which considered the situation in Kasargod as a relief, decided not to compromise on vigilance.

The second outbreak of the virus, including in China, is to continue, including travel restrictions. It was also decided at the meeting that the district would not be allowed in any way. It was also decided that Kerala should proceed with caution when there is an increase in the number of positive cases in neighboring states.

Kerala wants the existing regulation in the Covid Critical Areas (Hotspot) to continue till 30 and agree to implement what the government permits in other districts. Kerala made the proposal during a video conference with the Prime Minister.
