We’ve all read about the benefits of the supergrain, quinoa. It is gluten-free, high in proteins and fiber and contains several key vitamins. Ingredients
Quinoa – 1 cup, boiled
Salt – 1 tsp Ghee – 1 tsp
Curd (optional) – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Star anise – 1
Cinnamon – 1 small piece
Clove – 1
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Hing – 1 pinch
Water – 1 cup
Garlic – 1 clove, minced
Green chilli – 1, slit
Finely chopped (boiled) veggies, (any which are available at home – 1 cup
Herbs – Whatever is available at home
Method:
Take a pan. Pour ghee into it. Add garlic, green chili, jeera, star ainse, clove, cinnamon and hing. Now, add whatever veggies (boiled) available at home. Add the quinoa (boiled). Add curd (optional). Pour a little water. Keep stirring everything till the consistency is like khichdi. Add salt, black pepper and herbs like coriander (if available).

Corn
Cauliflower
Bottle guard
Cabbage
Onions
Broccoli
Tindli
Turai
Note: Instead of quinoa you can also use
Barley
Wild rice
Red rice
