‘Footage,’ directed by Saiju Sreedharan and starring Manju Warrier, has begun filming in Thrissur. The switch-on ceremony was done by Manju Warrier. For the first time, Saiju Sreedharan, the editor of numerous popular films like Anchaam Pathira, Kumbalangi Nights, and Maheshinte Prathikaaram, is directing the film, which also stars Visakh Nair, Gayatri Ashok, and others in prominent parts.
Bineesh Chandran and Saiju Sreedharan produce the film through their companies, Movie Bucket, Cast & Co., and Pale Blue Dot Pictures. Rahul Rajeev and Suraj Menon served as co-producers, and Anish C. Salim served as line producer. The screenplay and dialogue are being written by Shabna Mohammad and Saiju Sreedharan.
Shinos handled the cinematography, Saiju Sreedharan handled the editing, Kishore Purakathiri was the production controller, Appunni Sajan did the art direction, Ronax Xavier took on the make-up, Sameera Saneesh did the costume design, Rohit Krishnan did the stills, Irrfan Amir did the stunts, and Mindstin Studios did the VFX.
