Nayanthara and her director husband, Vignesh Shivan, recently witnessed the Chennai Super Kings’ IPL match against the Mumbai Indians. The power couple was spotted cheering for MS Dhoni, the captain of the CSK team.
While Nayanthara donned a white shirt and jeans, Vignesh wore a yellow T-shirt to display his team spirit. Vignesh also shared photos on his official Instagram account. He described them as “a sweet evening with #YenLove and the #YelloveArmy.”
Nayanthara, known as the ‘Lady Superstar’ by her followers, was also spotted having a good time at the game. Several of her fan clubs also shared photos on social media. Anirudh Ravichander, a music composer, was also present during the match, which took place at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium.
Nayathara is preparing for her pan-India release, Jawan, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. The film, directed by Atlee, was recently pushed back from June to September 7. She has also agreed to feature in Test, a Tamil film directed by Sashikanth and starring Madhavan and Siddharth.
Madhavan and Siddharth’s second collaboration is Test, following their work on Mani Ratnam’s Aayutha Ezhuthu. According to reports, Madhavan and Nayanthara will star in the film, with Siddharth playing another key role. The filming of Test has already begun.
