Omar Lulu’s ‘Nalla Samayam’ is all set for OTT release this Vishu season. The film will begin streaming on the online video streaming platform Saina Play on April 15. The film is produced by Kalandoor under the banner of Kalandoor Entertainments.
The Kerala High Court dismissed the case filed by the Kozhikode excise range office against the film for allegedly encouraging the use of illegal substances. A bench chaired by Justice VG Arun dismissed the case, which was filed under the Abkari Act and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
The film, which was released in theaters on December 30, 2022, was withdrawn from theaters four days later.
Irshad plays the lead role in ‘Nalla Samayam,’ which also stars Neena Madhu, Gayathrie Shankar, Nora Johnson, and Nandhana Sahadevan.
