Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj are set to meet for the first time before the next ‘Leo’ schedule begins this month. After TJ Gnanavel, Rajini expressed his desire to be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and the filmmaker was overjoyed. They will meet this month to talk about the next stage, and the film titled ‘Thalaivar 171’ will be produced by one of Lokesh’s previous film producers.
It should be noted that Lokesh was originally set to direct Rajinikanth in a film produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International. The project did not proceed for a variety of reasons. However, it appears that everything is about to fall into place this time, and the music will almost certainly be composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Lokesh is now collaborating with Vijay on ‘Leo,’ while Rajini is filming Nelson Dilipkumar’s ‘Jailer.’ Rajini will also appear in’ Lal Salaam,’ directed by his daughter Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth, as a cameo and as a Muslim police officer in his 170th film with TJ Gnanavel, which will be funded by Lyca.
