Reasons why you should avoid having coffee daily

Many people start their day with a cup of coffee; it is a beverage made from roasted coffee beans, and the caffeine content in it can boost your energy and overall mood and help you feel less tired. Coffee has a stimulating effect on humans, primarily due to its caffeine content. It also contains antioxidants that are beneficial for your skin, like Vitamin E, Vitamins B2, B3, and B5, Manganese, and Potassium.

Drinking coffee becomes unhealthy when you exceed the consumption limit. Over intake of caffeine has many side effects and can badly affect your health. Too much coffee consumption can cause dehydration, anxiety problems, diarrhea, and headaches. Caffeine is very addictive by nature, especially for adults and teenagers. Dehydration, excessive urine production that causes dehydration, stomach problems, nausea, high blood pressure, depression, restlessness, increased heart rate, obesity, increased body weight, and fever are some of the common negative effects of caffeine.
Coffee is not good for pregnant women and those who suffer from kidney and urinary diseases. Studies have also confirmed that a high intake of caffeine can affect your sleep. Having a coffee can refresh you, and if you control the intake of caffeine, it won’t affect that badly.
Caffeine is an addictive factor, and if you depend on coffee too much, it is impossible to give up your habit of drinking coffee, so it is better to reduce your daily intake. You might experience fewer symptoms of anxiety, nausea, indigestion, and difficulties sleeping when you start the change.
