Romancham grosses 50 crores at the box office

Romancham has collected 50 crores in 23 days. The film debuted in theaters on February 3rd and the box office success later surprised everyone.

The film, which was made on a shoestring budget of around Rs. 6 crores have been a huge success. The word-of-mouth publicity had a significant impact on the film’s box office, which earned over 14 crores in its first ten days. In just 23 days, the film made 30 crores in Kerala. 3 crores from other states and 17 crores from foreign countries. According to the leading box office trackers, this has earned a thrilling 50 crores in global box office collection.

The film was written and directed by Jithu Madhav, who had previously worked as an assistant director on films such as Guppy and Ambili. It is worth noting the director’s skill in narration and presentation, as well as in creating a mood that carries the audience through the first half.

The director’s casting brilliance has also contributed to the film’s strength. Along with well-known stars such as Soubin Shahir, Arjun Ashokan, and Chemban Vinod, the mainstays of popular web series and social media were gathered under one roof.
