Shadab Khan becomes the third Pakistan cricketer to get married in less than a month, and fans say that it’s wedding season. Earlier, both Haris Rauf and Shan Masood got married. Shadab Khan tied the knot with current head coach Saqlain Mushtaq’s daughter. He informed everyone about his ‘nikah’ on Twitter and requested that everyone respect his family’s and his wife’s choice of staying out of the public light .
He also didn’t post any pictures. His teammates Imam-ul-Haq and Iftikhar Ahmed congratulated the newlyweds. In the statement, Shadab wrote, “Salam everyone. Alhamdulilah, today was my Nikkah. I am becoming part of my mentor Saqi bhai’s (Saqlain Mushtaq) family. When I started playing cricket, I wanted to keep my family life separate. My wife has asked for the same, she wants her life to remain private. I would kindly request everyone to respect her choice and our family’s choice.
