Shruti Haasan, the female lead in Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar, has completed filming. Yes, the actress confirmed that she has completed filming for her roles in the film. In a note, the actress called Salaar “a special film,” and she also shared a photo with Prashanth Neel and Bhuvan Gowda.
Shruti Haasan took to Instagram to share a monochrome photo from the sets as the shoot wrapped up. In the picture, she is seen putting her hands on Prashanth Neel and Bhuvan Gowda’s shoulders and smiling brightly. In the film, the actress plays Aadhya, Prabhas’ love interest.
The actress also wrote a note that reads, “AND it’s a wrap on SALAAR for me. On Shruti Haasan’s birthday, the makers released a special poster introducing her character from Salaar. In the special poster, the actress was introduced as Aadya. The actress discussed her experience working on Salaar and stated, “Prashant sir’s work in KGF was fantastic, and I believe he really creates a unique world in which the audience and actors have a great time. Working on this character in Salaar is giving me the best time of my life.
Salaar, starring Prabhas, is expected to be a pure mass action entertainer. This Telugu drama will be dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, among other languages. Vijay Kiragandur has backed the project, which was directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Hombale Films. Prithviraj Sukumaran will also play a significant role in the film. Apart from others, Jagapathi Babu, Madhu Guruswamy, and Easwari Rao play important roles in the action entertainer. Salaar was supposed to be released on April 14 and September 28, 2023, but both dates were pushed back. The producers have yet to announce an official release date. The film, however, is set to be released this year.
