Sidharth and Kiara finally tied the knot at Suryagarh Palace

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani got married in Rajasthan’s Suryagarh Palace yesterday. They dated for a few years and co-starred in the hit film Shershaah. Their Wikipedia accounts were marked as married an hour after Sidharth’s royal baraat was spotted arriving at the venue.

Kiara Advani attended the wedding in a pink lehenga, which is rumored to have been designed by Manish Malhotra. Sidharth matched her with an ivory shervani. They captioned their first official wedding pictures, “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai,” a line from their film Shershaah. “On our upcoming journey, we ask for your blessings and love.” The couple has yet to pose for photographers stationed outside the Jaisalmer wedding venue.

On Monday, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani hosted a mehendi and sangeet. Their pre-wedding festivities reportedly began with a welcome lunch and ended with a grand sangeet night on Monday evening. Among the songs on their playlist were Ranjha, Kabhi Tumhe, Tera Ban Jaunga, and Mehendi Lagake Rakhna. Despite the tight security, paparazzi posted several pictures from the event online.

Their wedding was a small gathering of close friends, family members, and industry colleagues. Celebrities such as Karan Johar, Manish, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Juhi Chawla, and others were seen arriving at the airport for the wedding.

Kiara and Sidharth dated in secret and never publicly confirmed their relationship status. They are said to have met while filming their 2021 film Shershaah. It was their first and only film together. Sidharth played the martyr Vikram Batra, and Kiara played his fiancée Dimple. The film was a huge success due to the couple’s dazzling chemistry.

Kiara, who was last seen in ‘Govinda Naam Mera,’ will next be seen with Kartik Aaryan in ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha.’ The film will be released on June 29th. Sidharth, on the other hand, will be making his web series debut shortly with Rohit Shetty’s upcoming series ‘Indian Police Force.’ Aside from that, one of his upcoming projects is ‘Yodha.’ His most recent appearance was in ‘Mission Majnu,’ alongside Rashmika Mandanna.
