‘Thankam’ starring Biju Menon and Vineeth Sreenivasan, to hit the big screen on January 26

Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan, and Aparna Balamurali are teaming up for the highly anticipated upcoming film ‘Thankam,’ which will be released in theatres on January 26.

Dileesh Pothan, an actor-director, shared a motion teaser for ‘Thankam’ on his official Instagram account, along with the caption, “Thankam coming soon.” The teaser reveals the film’s release date, which is set for January 26 this year.

The plot revolves around Muthu (Biju Menon) and Kannan (Vineeth Sreenivasan), who work as gold agents in Thrissur, India’s Gold Capital. The film depicts their journey to Mumbai to distribute gold and the subsequent mishaps they encounter.

The cast and crew of ‘Thankam’ are extremely promising, and the audience’s expectations are quite high because of it. Syam Pushkaran wrote the script, and Saheed Arafath is the director of the film. Prinish Prabhakaran has been the co-director for the film, which stars talented actors Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali, Girish Kulkarni, and Vineeth Thattil David in prominent roles.

‘Thankam’ is produced by Prasanth Kumar Chandran, Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, and Syam Pushkaran. Music composer: Bijibal, Cinematography: Gautham Sankar, Production Design: Gokul Das, Costumes: Mashar Hamsa, Makeup: Ronex Xavier and Editing: Kiran Das.
