Tovino Thomas has been stepping into exceedingly challenging roles as part of an effort to broaden his career. He will play the lead role in Jude Anthony Joseph’s “2018” film. The project’s hard-hitting teaser has now been released by the makers in an effort to portray the true scope of Kerala’s disastrous 2018 floods and how they impacted the common person. The main character tweeted about the sneak peek, “Released in 2023 in 2018!” Here is the teaser: “Everyone is a hero.”
The video begins with a panoramic shot of the floors before focusing on what it takes for the average person to survive the natural disaster. 2018 seems to be a genuine depiction of the difficulties encountered in such circumstances.
Along with others, Asif Ali, Kunchacko Boban, and Aparna Balamurali play significant roles in the film’s cast. Venu Kunnappilly, C. K. Padmakumar, and Anto Joseph have provided funding for the project through the Kavya Film Company in collaboration with P. K. Prime Production Producers. Chaman Chakko is the editor, and Akhil George is the director of photography. By next year, in 2023, the film will be released in theaters.
Tovino Thomas will also star in Jithin Lal’s Ajayante Randam Moshanam in addition to this. Along with Basil Joseph, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Jagadish, Hareesh Perady, and Pramod Shetty playing important roles, the project also has Kirthi Shetty as the lead actress.
The backdrops for the Pan-India film are from the 1900s, the 1950s, and the 1990s. Regarding the team, Shameer Muhammed is in charge of the editing section, while Jomon T John ISC is responsible for the film’s camerawork. Ajayante Randam Moshanam also includes music composed by Dhibu Ninan.
