The trailer of this cop vs con series dropped yesterday and got the fans in a frenzy. It is a typical catch me if you can series with fun and action intertwined which gives it all the necessary Bollywood ingredients.
The makers and the cast of the series took to their social media to share the trailer on Friday. Taking to Instagram Shahid Kapoor, wrote, “Sab Farzi Hai, par yeh trailer asli hai.”
The plotline of the series is simply about a brilliant conman from the rags played by shahid Kapoor who rebels and revolts against the perpetual classism and capitalization existing in the system by mass counterfeiting. The badass cop played by Vijay Sethupathi constantly attempts to disrupt his plans and makes it hard for him. It is a cat and mouse chase which is sure to invoke anxiety and thrill in the audience.
The series is directed by Raj and DK. It is expected that the makers of “Family Man” is about to create another masterpiece with this 8 episode-series.
The comment section of the trailer is filled with comments rooting for either of the actors. The trailer already gives out the crux of the story. The presence of “Makkal Selvan” – Vijay Sethupathi in the series as main cast will surely gain a wider audience base in the south too.
The makers have roped in an interesting star cast for the show featuring Kay Kay Menon, Amol Palekar, Regina Cassandra and Raashii Khanna among others.
