Shaam, the Varisu actor, recently discussed how Thalapathy Vijay reacted to rumours that their film would clash with Ajith Kumar’s next film, Thunivu.
The two biggest actors in Tamil cinema, Thalapathy Vijay and Ajith Kumar, will compete against one another at the box office. The upcoming movies Varisu, starring Vijay, and Thunivu, starring Ajith, are both scheduled for release in January 2023, on the special occasion of Pongal. It’s interesting that after a lengthy hiatus of more than 9 years, the well-known performers will square off at the box office. The releases of Thunivu and Varisu are currently being eagerly awaited by Tamil moviegoers.
Actor Shaam, who plays a significant role in Varisu, recently talked up working with Thalapathy Vijay in an interview for the Indiaglitz Tamil YouTube channel. The actor, who is portraying Vijay’s brother in the movie, also discussed how the star reacted when he learned that their film will be competing with Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu. Shaam claims that when Vijay heard the news, he was utterly at ease.

The Vamsi Paidipally-directed film, Thalapathy Vijay’s first Tamil-Telugu bilingual film in his playing career, is billed as a total family comedy. The actor is portraying a young man in the movie, which stars Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, who finally ends up being the sole heir to a corporate empire.
Ajith Kumar, on the other hand, is expected to play an outright action hero in H Vinoth’s film. The movie, dubbed a “multi-genre film,” is referred to as the Game of Wicked.” Unconfirmed rumours suggest that Ajith is playing two characters in the film, which also stars Manju Warrier as the female lead.
