Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are in Rishikesh. The couple went trekking with their daughter, Vamika Kohli, after visiting an ashram. Anushka shared photos of Virat and Vamika’s sweet moments from their outing yesterday.
During their trip to Rishikesh, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli took their daughter Vamika Kohli on a trek. The couple had previously visited an ashram in the town of Uttarakhand. Anushka took to Instagram yesterday to share a series of photos from their most recent outing with cricketer-husband Virat and daughter Vamika. Anushka posted photos of Virat carrying their daughter in a baby carrier on his shoulders as they climbed a hill. A cute picture of Virat and Vamika standing on rocks and playing with water near a stream was also posted.
Anushka Sharma captioned a series of photos she shared, “There’s a mountain in the mountains, and there’s no one at the top.” Aside from Virat and Vamika, whose faces were not visible in any of the photos Anusha shared, she also showed off the mountain homes, animals, and flowers they saw on their trek. Virat and Vamika were both dressed warmly for the family outing.
Virat and Anushka visited Rishikesh ahead of India’s test series against Australia. Photos of Virat and Anushka seeking blessings at Swami Dayanand Giri’s ashram had previously circulated online. In addition, the couple had organized a religious feast, known as ‘bhandara,’ for 100 saints in Rishikesh. Anushka wore a white suit with a shawl, while Virat wore grey pants and a sweater. Anushka recently shared a photo of herself sitting by the river in an all-black ensemble, meditating on a rock surrounded by mountains. She captioned the photo, “‘Can’t you see, it’s all perfect!’ – Neem Karoli Baba.”
Virat and Anushka’s visit to Rishikesh comes just days after they sought blessings at an ashram in Vrindavan with their daughter Vamika. Anushka will next be seen in Chakda Xpress, a sports biopic based on cricketer Jhulan Goswami. Anushka announced the completion of the film’s shooting last December on Instagram, writing, “It’s a wrap on Chakda Xpress.”
